Late 1940’s to early 1950’s rayon velvet halter party dress with rabbit fur trim and a matching Victorian style handbag embellished with glass and steel cut beads. The bodice has two curved stays in the front and 2 straight stays in the back for structure. The peplum style panels really accentuate the waist and hips!
The matching handbag is lined with a sturdy material and has 4 built-in compartments. Dress zips up the back with a Talon brand zipper.

Condition: one string of beads is missing from the fringe on the handbag, otherwise no damage to note on either the dress or the handbag!
