S/M-1930’s Evening Gown

Post 1934 to early 1940’s bias cut evening gown, embellished with set stones. The sleeves are ruched for a dramatic puff and have snap closures at the openings. The attached sash has small velvet panels in the back that sort of minim a square bow, and close with 3 hooks. The dress has a side “Conmar” zipper, which began appearing on clothing in 1934, and closed shop in the 1980’s.
Condition: amazing condition with two small pinholes near the hem and one darned pinhole at each shoulder in the ruching. The ruching has been reinforced with tulle.
