30’s/40’s Hungarian Velvet Skirt with metalwork embroidery

1930’s or 1940’s Hungarian folk style chocolatey brown velvet skirt with metalwork embroidery at each hip. The middle has a pleat on either side with two tassels in the middle. Each tassel is decorated with little metalwork stitches.
The skirt zips up the side with a metal zipper and fastens with a hook and eye at the waist.
Condition: excellent antique condition with a missing piece of the interior waistband. The missing piece is due to the skirt having been altered at some point.
